Where is my progress saved?
On your device and, if iCloud is on, in your own iCloud account. Your progress then syncs between your iPhone and iPad and comes back after you reinstall the game. Without iCloud it stays only on this device, and deleting the app deletes it.
I bought coins but they didn’t arrive.
Restart the game: purchases are delivered automatically, even after an interruption.
What’s the difference between pearls and coins?
Pearls are earned by playing and buy upgrades. Coins are optional purchases and only unlock cosmetic tanks and species.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I turn off notifications?
In the game under Settings, or in iOS Settings → Notifications → Piranha Tank.
